Waffle with Omelet - A Simple Breakfast

Peak Summer…………Waaaaaa … I was so stressed out after my morning workout. Absolutely do not have energy to stay in the kitchen but want to have nice yummy breakfast. This is a Semi Homemade breakfast. Thank You to Eggo… :D I toasted an eggo waffle, made a whole egg omelet. Omelet is one of my favourite comfort food. I don’t need much time to do, and I don’t use butter or anything. This is kind of my own version of sunrise omelet. Here is my real quick breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice (Squeezed with my Cuisinart Citrus Juicer)

Ingredients:
Eggo Waffle – 1 (I used Eggo Homestyle Original)
Egg – 1 whole
Pepper - a pinch
Salt – as per taste
Canola Oil – ½ spoon or spray
Oranges – 2 Medium (for Juice)

Toast Eggos Waffle by using Toaster. Take a Pan, spray the oil or sprinkle oil. Let it get medium hot. Do not make Oil too hot. Crack the egg and pour the egg directly into the pan. Let it cook in slow or medium heat for 2 mins. You can remove the omelet without making yellow hard. But I don’t eat raw yolk. So I turned the other side of the omelet and let it cook for one more min. Sprinkle Salt and Pepper. Turnoff the heat and serve in a plate. Squeeze the orange juice by using juicer or you can serve it with any Orange Juice or Coffee. Time to take the complete recipe: just 5 mins including squeezing Orange Juice… See how fast it is…. Enjoy the fast yet delicious, healthy breakfast !!!
